• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money.
• Using another person's account: Accessing or operating another person's account without their permission.

To close your account, contact 8kbrt support directly. Please ensure all winnings are withdrawn before the account is closed.

8kbrt may close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's request.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 until the balance reaches zero, after which the account will be marked as dormant.
